A few things to know before you give.
How do I receive and give the card?
Once payment is confirmed, we email you the personalised card as a PDF. You can forward it to the recipient, print it to give in person or ask us to email it directly to them. If you prefer direct delivery, include their name and email address in your request.
Can I personalise the gift?
Yes. Include your name, the recipient’s name and the message you would like to add. We will prepare the card with those details.
How is the card redeemed?
Bookings are made directly with SlowTinys, subject to availability. The card includes the code and instructions for choosing dates and redeeming the gift. Each card can be used for one booking only.
How long is it valid?
The card is valid for 12 months from the day it is received. The recipient can choose their dates during that period, subject to availability and minimum-stay rules.
What if the stay costs more?
The card’s value is deducted from the total price of the stay. If rates for the chosen dates are higher than the gift’s value — for example in summer, on public holidays or holiday weekends — the recipient pays the difference. This also applies to the €199 and €249 getaways.
Which nights are included in the getaways?
Midweek: two consecutive nights from Sunday to Thursday. Weekend: Friday and Saturday nights. Both getaways are for two people, with cleaning included. All cards can be used throughout the year, including summer and public holidays, subject to availability and the minimum-stay rules for the chosen dates.
Can I give the card to someone else?
Yes. If the recipient cannot use it, they can give it to someone else. Simply let us know before booking so we can update the name linked to the card. The original value, code, expiry date and single-use condition remain unchanged.
What about remaining balances, changes and cancellations?
Rules covering any remaining balance and the conditions for changes or cancellation are provided before payment and included with the card. Please contact us before confirming your purchase if you have any questions.
